Five Generationss
The fifth and current generation leading Aveleda has taken their family legacy a step forward. They have distinct yet complementary careers: Martim is an expert in marketing and management, while António is specialized in viticulture. Together, they took Aveleda’s strategy further, launching new products such as Casal Garcia Sangria and purchasing estates in different wine regions, such as Quinta Vale D. Maria in the Douro, and Villa Alvor in Algarve. They also decided to invest into new wine tourism experiences in the Vinhos Verdes region, and soon the Douro and Algarve offers will also be extended.
